1. Who we are
rero LTD runs IshuriAI, a free AI tutoring service you reach by dialing *384# on any mobile phone. No sign-up, internet connection or smartphone is needed. rero LTD is the data controller for the information described in this notice.
2. What we collect
Your phone number. We receive it from MTN Rwanda through the MTN API. You are never asked to enter it.
Session records: when and how you use the service.
Your conversations: the questions you ask and the answers you receive.
Error logs, used to fix technical problems.
Anonymous feedback: your answer to "Was this helpful? 1. Yes 2. No". It is not linked to you.
We do not ask for your name, address, national ID number or passport number.
3. Why we use it
To give you the service you asked for (contractual necessity): your phone number and session records.
To keep the service safe, fix problems and improve answers (legitimate interest): your conversations and error logs.
4. Who receives it
MTN Rwanda, the network operator.
Strettch Cloud, which hosts our application and database.
Google, whose Gemini AI service processes the text of your question to produce the answer. Your phone number is not sent. Under Google's paid API terms, Google does not use this data to improve its products.
We do not sell your data. We do not share information about individual users with schools or REB. We may disclose information to authorities when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
6. Children
Most IshuriAI users are 16 or older. Users under 16 should use the service with the permission of a parent or guardian. Please do not type personal details, such as names or where you live, into your questions.
7. Your rights
Under Law No 058/2021 you may ask to see your information, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact our Data Protection Officer using the details below. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) Data Protection and Privacy Office.
8. How we protect it
Access to our servers is by security key only. Connections are encrypted. Only a small number of named team members can access user information, and their access is logged.
9. Changes
We will update this notice before we launch new features that change what we collect, such as a web version of IshuriAI.

rero LTD exploite IshuriAI, un service gratuit de tutorat par intelligence artificielle auquel vous accédez en composant *384# sur n'importe quel téléphone mobile. Aucune inscription, connexion internet ni smartphone n'est nécessaire. rero LTD est le responsable du traitement des informations décrites dans cette notice.
2. Ce que nous collectons
Votre numéro de téléphone. Nous le recevons de MTN Rwanda par l'intermédiaire de l'API de MTN. Il ne vous est jamais demandé de le saisir.
Les enregistrements de sessions : quand et comment vous utilisez le service.
Vos conversations : les questions que vous posez et les réponses que vous recevez.
Les journaux d'erreurs, utilisés pour corriger les problèmes techniques.
Les retours anonymes : votre réponse à « Cela vous a-t-il aidé ? 1. Oui 2. Non ». Elle n'est pas liée à vous.
Nous ne demandons ni votre nom, ni votre adresse, ni votre numéro de carte d'identité ou de passeport.
3. Pourquoi nous les utilisons
Pour vous fournir le service que vous avez demandé (nécessité contractuelle) : votre numéro de téléphone et les enregistrements de sessions.
Pour assurer la sécurité du service, corriger les problèmes et améliorer les réponses (intérêt légitime) : vos conversations et les journaux d'erreurs.
4. Qui les reçoit
MTN Rwanda, l'opérateur de réseau.
Strettch Cloud, qui héberge notre application et notre base de données.
Google, dont le service d'IA Gemini traite le texte de votre question pour produire la réponse. Votre numéro de téléphone n'est pas envoyé. Selon les conditions de l'API payante de Google, Google n'utilise pas ces données pour améliorer ses produits.
Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Nous ne partageons pas d'informations sur des utilisateurs individuels avec les écoles ou le REB. Nous pouvons communiquer des informations aux autorités lorsque la loi l'exige.

6. Enfants
La plupart des utilisateurs d'IshuriAI ont 16 ans ou plus. Les utilisateurs de moins de 16 ans devraient utiliser le service avec l'autorisation d'un parent ou d'un tuteur. Veuillez ne pas saisir de renseignements personnels, tels que des noms ou votre lieu de résidence, dans vos questions.
7. Vos droits
En vertu de la Loi n° 058/2021, vous pouvez demander à consulter vos informations, à les faire rectifier ou supprimer, ou vous opposer à leur utilisation. Contactez notre Délégué à la protection des données à l'aide des coordonnées ci-dessous. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait, vous pouvez déposer une plainte auprès du Bureau de la protection des données et de la vie privée de l'Autorité nationale de cybersécurité (NCSA).
8. Comment nous les protégeons
L'accès à nos serveurs se fait uniquement par clé de sécurité. Les connexions sont chiffrées. Seul un petit nombre de membres de l'équipe, nommément désignés, peuvent accéder aux informations des utilisateurs, et leurs accès sont consignés.
9. Modifications
Nous mettrons à jour cette notice avant de lancer de nouvelles fonctionnalités qui modifient ce que nous collectons, comme une version web d'IshuriAI.
